Two floors communicate through a large hole in the central slab supported by four pillars with calacatta marble bodies. Concrete floors, cast iron stairs and tiles with glass bubbles and metal ceilings create an environment whose space and materials call to mind the solidity of a New York factory from the last century. In the basement between the windows brought down to ground level and the walls behind, a room has been created that houses real vegetation and which is an attempt to create the illusion of a garden.
