Penthouse ML, Milan

A glass loft suspended in the air on the top floor of a building from the 1950s. The old roof has been replaced with a buffered iron cage following the course of the sun and the views to be framed: as a result, light and vision were the criteria that drove the project. The space is in the form of a large square with a roof that is half-glass while the other half can be walked on. It can be used as a solarium and divided into two rectangles: one flooded with light for use during the day and one for the nighttime with utility rooms and more intimate and welcoming spaces.
